We hope you love your Wren&Regan items as much as we do.

 

We ship all small items with Royal Mail 1st Class post, large items will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked. All postage charges will be added at checkout on smaller items. Large furniture is calculated on your delivery address, please email us for a quote, this service is by currier.

 

Changed your mind?

Most products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days after the day you receive the products to change your mind, within the 14 days you must have notified us by email or post of your request to return the goods. You are responsible for all of the return postage costs in this instance. The goods need to be returned complete, unused, in perfect re-sellable condition and in original packaging.

The refund will be sent back to the original payment method used for your purchase. We will not refund any original shipping costs for sending out the goods.

 

Faulty Goods.

We don’t want it to happen but on some occasions damage in transit may occur.

If the goods are faulty, a refund or replacement will be offered regardless of proof of purchase you just need to let us know within 5 days of receiving the goods that there is damage. Please email us at wrenreganinteriors@gmail.com

 

How to Return.

Please make all returns to the following address with a copy of your invoice inside the parcel within the time periods stated above.
